✨ Responsibilities
Assist with business maintenance & organization
Manage TikTok Shop
Upload and optimize YouTube content
Support at pop-up shops & community events
Promote handmade crystal jewelry on social media
Assist with content creation & personal branding projects
Collaborate on website updates and improvements
🌸 Qualifications
18 years old
Respectful, professional, and aligned with spiritual values
Comfortable with crystals, herbs, tarot, and oracle cards
Basic understanding of spiritual principles
Interest in social media & online marketing
Creative, open-minded, and eager to learn
Familiarity with Excel or business tools (preferred)
⏰ Timeframe & Location
Ongoing with flexible hours
2–3 hrs/week for regular tasks
4–6 hrs during pop-up events
Hybrid: mix of remote work, at-home crafting, outdoor content creation, and in-person events

The Crystal Treasure Chest Experience is an interactive wellness and creativity program designed for youth and teens. This workshop blends emotional development, mindfulness practices, and hands-on exploration using crystals, art, and positive affirmations.
Students will learn about crystal energy, emotional awareness, grounding, and intention-setting while engaging in a relaxing, fun, and educational activity.
